“Change the way you look at things and the things you look at will change” Wayne Dyer

When we are fully present and immersed in the moment, the pressures of life dissipates.

In becoming ‘pissed off’ at something or someone, we rob ourselves of living more fully.

What is living more fully?

It’s cultivating a way of being in the world that is fully engaged with simply being present. Being present to everything and everyone around us. Let’s term this ‘present moment awareness’.

Present moment awareness shifts our pissed state to a blissed state.

How productive can we be if we are in a pissed state? This is effectively a stressed state that breeds ‘Dis-Ease’ in each and every moment

A Dis-Ease Of the mind and spirit breeds disease. Who wants that?

Living in a blissed state requires present moment awareness in all contexts of life: The work space to become more of an effective operator as well as the re-creation sphere where we become greater at connecting with ourselves and loved ones through the process of simply being.

Shifting from pissed to blissed as the above quote makes significant mention of, is changing the way we interact with others and the world we live in which in turn will transform the very people and world we interact with on a moment by moment basis
